Over the years we have collected thousands of ice packs from receiving frozen shipments. To help limit waste, we are offering to send you a medium flat rate box (11″x9″x6″) full of ice packs. This should help save you money, and it will ensure that you’re using the correct kind of ice pack. This box of ice packs is plenty for any animal 25 pounds or less. If your pet is larger than 25lbs please contact us so we can arrange a larger box of ice packs for you (or you can order two of these medium boxes).
Your $100 deposit for pet commissions must be paid prior to ordering these ice packs as these boxes of ice packs are only to be used for pet clients- not just anyone wanting some discounted ice packs. You can click this link to pay your $100 deposit
Once received, please make sure to freeze these ice packs for at least 48 hours prior to mailing your pet. Please do not reuse the box for shipping your pet, only the ice packs. These flat rate boxes are very thin and are not durable at all. If you receive more ice packs than you can fit in your package please feel free to keep any excess.
